While Yugioh Duel Generation provides an automated simulation that includes the dynamics of collecting and deck building, there are other simulators available. These are community designed projects that are available for free, and everyone has access to all the cards.

Both environments have their pros and cons, if you have never checked these out they may be worth looking into:

YgoPro
A fully automated simulator available for pc, mac, ios and android. Features include integrated single player ai and puzzle mode as well as online multiplayer.

Aptoide Notes: Make sure you select the newest version of YgoPro from the list. Do not allow Aptoide to update anything that you didn't get there, as sometimes Aptoide incorrectly updates non-Aptoide apps.

YgoPro DevPro
A fork-project of the above, with a front-end that better facilitates multiplayer and chat. Single player is also available in puzzle matches and dueling with "devbot" in the chatrooms.

Dueling Network
The oldest of these sims, Dueling Network is largely not automated, leaving the rules to be resolved by the players.
